Hendricks Regional Health made the decision to switch their system over entirely to Lotus Notes after recognizing, in the words of Hendricks Regional Health’s software engineer Kim Kiefer, “the power that Lotus Notes can bring to any environment. Exchange cannot even come close to the collaborative nature of Notes. Lotus’ security within the Notes application is beyond comparison as well.” The email migration would include hundreds of staff located at the hospital’s four separate campuses.
