Binary Tree can provide business and technical services which span the entire project life-cycle. Utilizing our internal Project Management Office (PMO), our proprietary methodology and our project tracking tools, we place a strong emphasis on Project Mangement.
Each Binary Tree project is assigned a Project Manager, responsible for the performance of all project activities. Project planning, tracking and project change control for all tasks and deliverables is the responsibility of the Project Manager, who ensures all work is completed in a timely manner, within the project scope, budget and requirements.
To assist in this effort, Binary Tree creates a PMO Database for each project and is shared with our customers on every project. This database allows the Binary Tree Project Team to keep track of all project related correspondence in a single repository which can be accessed by anyone on the project team at any time.

Central Repository for Project Management Activities
The Binary Tree Project Manager will provide a framework for project communications, reporting and contractual activity. A central repository will be established, housing project tasks, issues, logs, financial information, key project documentation, deliverables, emails and project team-member timesheets.

Project Plan
Customers are provided with a project plan outlining tasks, schedules, resources and other elements making up the project timeline. This plan will be updated and maintained by the Binary Tree Project Manager throughout the duration of the project.
Weekly Status Reports
Weekly status reports are provided to the client, reviewed by all team members on weekly status conference calls. The status report will include an overall description of project progress, specific tasks completed, planned tasks for the following week, and evaluation of how the project is progressing against timeline and budget, a list of open issues, identification of items required from the customer.
Coordination of Resources
The Binary Tree Project Manager is responsible for providing direction to the entire project team and will coordinate and schedule project activities, ensure completion of deliverables and track and control project performance.
Change Control
The Binary Tree Project Manager, together with the client is responsible for administering the Project Change Control procedure.
