In addition, there’s an option that would allow all of your mail-enabled Notes applications to interoperate with Outlook without requiring any application modifications. Your users can have what they need to be productive first thing Monday morning on Microsoft Online.*

You don’t need to buy, install, or configure any hardware or software for the migration. Our data center runs the migration for you and can scale to migrate organizations with up to 5,000 users in one weekend.* Larger enterprises can be migrated as well but will take longer and should consider BPOS Dedicated.

How the Weekend Express Migration Works

There are two options for migrating your Domino users and data to Exchange Online.


Methodology One: The Controlled Migration
Your Notes data is selectively replicated to our data center and then migrated to Exchange Online. After the migration is completed, the replicated data is deleted from our systems. This method reduces the risk of delays and minimizes the weekend involvement of your IT staff.



Methodology Two: Traditional On-Premise Migration
A migration environment is set up at your location and your Notes data is migrated directly from your Domino systems to Exchange Online. This methodology will require more resources from a Binary Tree business partner and will require setting up an on-premise migration environment and weekend involvement of your IT staff.
